Job descriptionOperate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes to excavate, grade, and compact earth within specified parameters Work with the construction team to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times Maintain a clean and organized work site Proven 1 to 2 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator of Excavators, Skid Steer Loaders, Backhoes, Dozers, Cranes, Earthmoving equipment Valid driver's license and clean driving record Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and safety consciousness
