We’re building out our Data Engineering and Business Intelligence function and seeking a Data Engineering Manager to lead this growing area. This role is both strategic and hands-on : you’ll define and execute our data strategy, oversee data infrastructure, and deliver insights that empower both internal decision-making and customer-facing experiences. You’ll also directly manage and mentor a Data Engineer, shaping the future of how GovDocs leverages data across the business.

Our Software Solutions are an entirely new line of business that gives us great growth potential to create a full Employment Law Compliance (ELC) platform of solutions, it is also challenging us to reinvent how we view urgency, innovation and teamwork.

Compensation :
This position is critical to the success of our business and the compensation package will be commensurate with candidate's experience and skills. This role will include a base salary and performance-based incentives.
