Locum - Physician - Surgery - General Dickinson ND

CHI St. Alexius Health in Dickinson, ND. General Surgery is looking for 2 Locums to cover 10 days / month of call coverage starting in December. The site is flexible and will work around locum providers schedule.

Any contractor accepted will need to go through payor enrollment.

Dates of coverage : Dec 2025-Ongoing

Details : 10 days of call coverage. We also will look at candidates who are also IMLC in process in addition to full IMLC

RATE CAPS FOR SUBMISSION :

Malpractice Must be included in rates.

Orientation $175 - half the hourly / callback rate, kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours

Holiday $525 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. Per holiday hour, no OT

On Call (Daily) $2700 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis"

24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - $4050 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis"

Call Back $350 Per hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms.

Holiday Call Back $525 Per holiday hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms.

Average Callback Hours : 3.4 hours

Will this be a pure call coverage or will they need to do Clinic and Call? How may days per month do they need coverage for? 10 days of call coverage

• If there is clinic what are the clinic hours and surgery days? - Monday 8-5 Clinic; Tuesday - Surgery - Clinic hours after surgery depending on the surgery schedule; Wednesday 8-5 Clinic; Thursday - Surgery - Clinic hours after surgery depending on the surgery schedule; Friday 8-2 Clinic.

Agency physician will not supervise any APP

Anesthesia coverage is provided by CRNA group
