Sr. Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Sr. Program Manager to lead and expand JLG's Authorized Service Provider (ASP) Program. This program ensures our customers nationwide receive exceptional equipment repair, warranty support, maintenance inspections, parts availability, and other critical services. In this role, you will own the vision, development, and execution of the ASP programidentifying, vetting, and onboarding service providers while driving compliance with program standards. You will manage a team, collaborate across departments, and work closely with external partners to enhance service capacity, capability, and consistency across our network. This is a high-impact position critical to JLG's aftermarket growth strategy.

Your Impact

  • Lead and participate in long-range strategic and tactical initiatives to expand and strengthen JLG's Authorized Service Provider (ASP) network.
  • Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with qualified third-party service providers nationwide.
  • Conduct on-site visits to potential and existing service providers to ensure capabilities and operations align with JLG's program standards and requirements.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new ASPs, ensuring they receive proper training, resources, and program orientation.
  • Provide ongoing support, guidance, and technical training to ASPs to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve program documentation including requirements analysis, risk management plans, process guides, and quality assurance procedures.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external resources to meet program objectives on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and manage program scope, cost, timelines, and risk assessments to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver program status updates, performance reports, and issue resolutions to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with contract management and legal teams to develop and maintain compliant agreements with service providers.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for ASP-related issues, working collaboratively to resolve challenges effectively.
  • Travel as required to develop relationships, perform audits, and provide in-person support to service providers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 4+ years of related work experience in program management, service operations, or network development.

  • Strong leadership skills with proven success managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal presentation and written communication abilities.
  • Experience in the access / aerial equipment industry (e.g., scissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers).
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence, and build partnerships with external vendors.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

  • This role combines office-based administrative duties with physical activity in field or production environments.
  • In the office setting, tasks may require extended computer use, sitting, and attending meetings.
  • Field or floor work may involve walking across various terrains or shop floors, standing, moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), climbing stairs, and exposure to varying temperatures or noise levels.
  • Must be able to shift focus between detailed cognitive work and occasional physical tasks as needed.

    Pay Range : $102,800.00 - $176,800.00 The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
