About the Role

The Company is searching for a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a critical role in shaping and driving its financial strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, including financial planning, reporting, month-end close processes, and audit management. This position will lead the formulation of the annual budget, guarantee the accuracy and timely dissemination of financial reports, and deliver detailed analyses to support strategic decisions.

As the CFO, you will oversee cash flow forecasting, develop long-term financial strategies, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies. To qualify for this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in an auditing role, preferably with the Big 4 or a significant regional CPA firm. You must showcase strong expertise in budget management, financial planning, and a thorough comprehension of financial regulations.

This role requires exceptional leadership capabilities, team management skills, and effective communication proficiency, especially in conveying complex financial information to a variety of audiences. A solid background in financial analysis, particularly in a smaller private equity-backed professional services firm, is crucial.
