Our family-owned H&R Block franchise, with offices in Falmouth, Mashpee, and Sandwich, seeks experienced Tax Professionals for our Falmouth locations. Responsibilities :

  • Conduct engaging face-to-face tax interviews
  • Prepare accurate in-person and drop-off tax returns
  • Promote additional products and services
  • Mentor and support team members

What you’ll bring :

  • Proven experience preparing individual tax returns
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Background in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping (preferred, not required)
  • Excellent communication skills (in-person and written)
  • Eligibility for IRS requirements and commitment to continuing education (CE)

    • Preference for candidates with extensive tax preparation experience. Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate based on experience, commitment, and anticipated volume, with higher rates and potential bonuses for seasoned professionals handling heavy workloads.

    This independently owned franchise operates under an agreement with H&R Block. Hiring decisions and inquiries are managed directly by the franchisee.
