ABOUT THE POSITION

Structural Bridge Engineer / Project Manager | Hybrid | Bedford, NH

VHB is seeking a Structural Engineer / Project Manager to join the dynamic and growing Structures group in our Bedford, NH office. In this position, you would support the planning, analysis, design, and detailing of bridge and other transportation related structural projects, as well as helping to lead and mentor our technical staff.

Our New England Structures team is looking for a Structural Engineer to work on complex transportation projects across the VHB footprint.

Work on major bridge and other complex transportation projects

• Provide technical support / mentorship to junior structural engineering staff
• Perform oversight of engineering design for bridges and other transportation infrastructure
• Prepare construction documents, including plans, specifications, estimates and calculation.
• Perform quality reviews of project construction documents, engineering reports, etc.
