You'll provide comprehensive care for a diverse patient population while collaborating with a skilled, multidisciplinary team. Reporting to nursing leadership, you'll play a vital role in ensuring safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care every day.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care using the full nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.\n
• Monitor telemetry patients and support post-surgical, orthopedic, and oncology cases with specialized care.\n
• Create, implement, and update individualized care plans for patients and families.\n
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate seamless care.\n
• Educate patients and families, empowering them with knowledge for recovery and self-care.\n
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes with accuracy.\n
• Mentor and support colleagues through preceptorship, teamwork, and professional development.\n
• Participate in unit and hospital initiatives designed to improve patient outcomes.\n
• Advocate for patient rights, privacy, and dignity always.\n\nWhat You Bring\n
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.\n
• Current Massachusetts RN license.\n
• BLS certification required.\n
• Previous medical / surgical, telemetry, or orthopedic nursing experience preferred.\n
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.\n
• Excellent organizational abilities and customer service skills.\n
