Criminal Defense Attorney

• is currently seeking
• one (1) full-time attorney
• to join our team in the
• San Jose area and surrounding counties

We handle a broad range of criminal cases, from misdemeanors to serious felonies. As a member of our team, you will be

• assigned entire cases
• with support from the firm. You will also be expected to
• cover specific cases independently
• , including court appearances, motions, negotiations, and trials.
• Position Requirements :
• Must have
• felony trial experience
• Must have
• substantial experience
• handling criminal defense matters
• Ability to manage a case from
• initial appearance through trial and disposition
• Strong courtroom presence, professionalism, and client communication skills
• Licensed and in good standing with the
• California State Bar
• Responsibilities :
• Handle a variety of criminal cases (misdemeanors to serious felonies)
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, negotiate plea deals
• Appear in court regularly throughout San Jose and nearby counties
• Collaborate with the firm's legal and administrative staff
