Location : Sparks, NV (On-site preferred; hybrid flexibility available)

Type : Full-time, Contract-to-Hire

Schedule : MondayFriday, standard business hours

Pay : Based on experience and software proficiency

What You'll Do

• Process 250300 invoices per month with precision and timeliness
• Manage collections and follow up on outstanding payments
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Review customer accounts to ensure compliance with contract terms
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy
• Assist with month-end close and generate AR reports
• Compile project billing matrices and maintain system updates
• Analyze aging reports and support financial decision-making

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 / hr.
