Upon being hired, in order to ensure you are successful in the role of General Manager, a 30 day training period will take place to ensure you meet and exceed in the job requirements of a General Manager. This training period will involve shadowing other management, learning all system / policies / procedures and becoming personally proficient in all stations throughout the store, prior to managing any function / shift alone. Training compensation will be between $20 hour and upon completion of the 30 day training period, full General Manager compensation and benefits will begin.
