As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.

Hatch is currently seeking students local to the Houston area for an IT Service Desk Intern for our Houston, TX office.

Responsibilities :

• Provide IT Support to Hatch Employees including
• Hardware Support for Desktop PC's
• Software Support for Desktop PC's
• Rebuilding and Reconfiguration of PC's
• Application Support for MS Office Suite
• Operate Help Desk and provide over the phone support
