Buyer

A company is looking for a Buyer responsible for processing purchasing requests for supplies, services, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Process all assigned special purchase requests and online requisitions in a timely manner

Review Open Receiving report weekly and resolve invoice discrepancies with Accounts Payable

Maintain communication with departments regarding purchases and expedite open purchase orders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

One or more years of professional work experience required; two or more years in healthcare purchasing preferred

Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) preferred

Experience in budgeting and supply chain management preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
