VeeAR Health is seeking a per diem / prn nurse RN Float Med Surg / Telemetry for a per diem / prn nursing job in Pontiac, Michigan.

Shift Notes : Days : 12 Hour Days. Must pick up 1 shift every 90 days to stay active

Establishes a therapeutic relationship and creates a detailed plan of care with the patient and family, mutually determining the aspects of care which are most important.

Initiates and maintains open communication with other members of the team to assure that the patient and family receive the full scope of interdisciplinary expertise and services with a coordinated and integrated plan of care.

Plans and implements nursing care according to patient and family needs.

Evaluates patient responses to nursing interventions.

Assumes personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, environment and professional development.

Prior travel experience - Preferred
