We're seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to provide cybersecurity compliance and process documentation support for an energy sector technology team responsible for maintaining critical real-time systems.

About the Role

This position supports Energy Management Systems (EMS) within a highly regulated environment, ensuring that change management, configuration, and security compliance processes meet federal standards such as NERC-CIP FISMA , and NIST . You'll work closely with engineers, IT professionals, and compliance specialists to maintain secure and reliable systems that support essential grid operations.

What You'll Do

• Support change management and configuration control processes for system updates and releases.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity compliance documentation , reports, and audit materials.
• Assist in ensuring ongoing compliance with NERC-CIP NIST , and FISMA security standards.
• Create and update processes, procedures, and job aids for configuration and compliance activities.
• Facilitate issue tracking and documentation in a DevOps environment using Atlassian / Jira tools.
• Provide administrative support for audit preparation, certification activities, and quality assurance reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve compliance processes and maintain system reliability.
