Job description

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President, Distribution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maximize revenue, profitability, growth, and retention of insurance product distribution

Set sales quotas and ensure sales revenue targets are met or exceeded quarterly

Identify, negotiate, and launch new channel relationships to enhance distribution

Required Qualifications

15+ years of Commercial Lines sales and marketing experience

Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, including various specialty lines

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred

Reputation for mentoring and developing talent within the organization

Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while working cross-culturally
