Shift : 3rd (10 pm to 6 : 30 am) Schedule may vary. Some weekends required.

Pay : 18.50 / hr Plus $1.50 / hr for 3rd shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform audits of cleaning and sanitizing of food contact surfaces and production areas. Performs a variety of analyses in accordance with SOPs and maintains databases and logs. Assists in the identification and tracking of potential microbial and / or allergen cross contact problemareas. Assesses manufacturing area and equipment conditions to assure they meet specified

requirements.
