Job description[$50–54] / hour DOE + hygiene / performance bonus [PTO / paid holidays if they fall on scheduled days] Stable schedule, great patients, and a truly supportive team Provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care (SRP, perio-charting, maintenance) Educate and motivate patients with a warm, no-pressure approach Collaborate closely with the doctor for co-diagnosis and seamless handoffs Maintain accurate, comprehensive clinical notes and follow infection-control best practices Contribute to a positive, calm, efficient flow for the day Are thorough, gentle, and communicative—patients love your chairside manner Are organized and proactive with reappointment and case follow-through Enjoy teamwork and bring good energy to the practice New grads welcome to apply!
