Job descriptionManaging the health room and attending to students' medical needs Providing diabetic care and insulin administration as required Assisting with toileting and other personal care tasks Documenting and municating health information to relevant school staff Responding to emergencies and ensuring a safe environment for all students Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New York Experience in school nursing or pediatric nursing preferred Ability to handle clinical procedures such as insulin administration and diabetic care Strong munication skills and a passionate approach to student care Flexibility to work on a per diem basis throughout the school year

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
We are seeking a skilled healthcare professional to provide per diem substitute nursing services within our K-12 school setting. This role offers the opportunity to support student health and wellness through a variety of clinical duties and requires a licensed professional with experience in pediatric or school nursing.
