Description : Job Summary :

At TM International, we are focused on creating products that are fun, creative, and promote self-expression. We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our growing dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite and demonstrate proficiency throughout every phase of the design process, from initial concept to the final output. The Graphic Designer will be integral in creating physical retail packaging and marketing collateral as well as digital assets for e-commerce, social media, and web. This role demands a unique combination of creative skills, technical know-how, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication skills to produce exceptional visual solutions. The successful candidate must be self-starters able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate the ability to provide creative solutions, and quickly adapt to various challenges.

Duties / Responsibilities :

Design of Packaging and Product : Concept and creation of retail and ecommerce packaging and product lines for various Licensed, OEM, and in-house brands.

Design Marketing Materials : Create captivating marketing collateral and assets, including social media posts, email campaigns, advertisements, websites, trade show displays, catalogs, and other related marketing materials.

Prepare Print Production Files : Utilize a strong understanding of print production processes, actively preparing production files.

Create Concept Mocks : Develop and assemble mock-ups and comps for internal presentations and production purposes.

Project Management Organization : Manage project communication and assignment deadlines with our project management system Monday.com.

Dieline Creation : Engineer and test dielines for packaging and point-of-purchase (POP) structures.

Project Review Process : Manage projects through all evaluation procedures, which include art and compliance reviews, ensuring high-quality error-free deliverables.

Present Work Effectively : Deliver clear presentations of design work and method to peers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements :

Required Skills / Abilities :

Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, etc.).

Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.

Knowledge of packaging design and die-line creation.

Experienced in digital design including web, digital marketing, and social media.

Proficient in print design including creating print production files.

Ability to illustrate and create artwork from briefs.

Solution oriented critical thinking skills.

Understanding and following standard operating procedures.

Able to receive constructive design critiques and apply appropriate changes.

Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desire to continue building skill set with education and training.

Communication Skills to foster strong relationships with internal team members and external departments through effective verbal and written communication.

Midjourney or other AI software

Photography / Videography

Canva / Adobe Express

3D design programs (Blender, Maya, Adobe Dimensions, etc.).

Wide format printing

Plotter cutting

Retail / E-commerce Development

Education and Experience :

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or Associates Degree with 2+ years of related work experience.

Strong portfolio with proven work experience as a Graphic Designer.

Physical Requirements :

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
