• 12-hour or 24-hour shifts available 7a-7p, 7p-7a, or 7a-7a options
• Average census of 28 babies in NICU
• Level III NICU with single-family room model
• 24 / 7 in-house neonatologist support
• Support includes pediatric surgery and cardiology on-site
• HFOV, HFJV, nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia procedures
• Establishing new NNP program opportunity to build team
• No routine newborn nursery coverage required
