Job description

Our client, a Tech forward Outsourcing Company, is seeking a remote Title and Closing Client Success Manager to join their growing team.

The Client Success Manager will lead the client facing team and must have a strong background in title insurance and real estate closings. Must possess exceptional leadership skills, extensive knowledge of title regulations, and a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.

Job Requirements :

  • Provide guidance and support to staff members, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the title insurance process from start to finish, including conducting title searches, preparing commitments and policies, and closings processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the division's client base and increase revenue opportunities.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate smooth and successful real estate transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions in accordance with client, company, and regulatory requirements.
  • This position has direct reports. Manages staff and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the title insurance industry; experience in default services a plus.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Strong understanding of title insurance regulations, guidelines, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in reviewing and analyzing title documents and closing paperwork.
