Our client, a Tech forward Outsourcing Company, is seeking a remote Title and Closing Client Success Manager to join their growing team.
The Client Success Manager will lead the client facing team and must have a strong background in title insurance and real estate closings. Must possess exceptional leadership skills, extensive knowledge of title regulations, and a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
Job Requirements :
- Provide guidance and support to staff members, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the title insurance process from start to finish, including conducting title searches, preparing commitments and policies, and closings processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the division's client base and increase revenue opportunities.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate smooth and successful real estate transactions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions in accordance with client, company, and regulatory requirements.
- This position has direct reports. Manages staff and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field or equivalent experience.Minimum of 10 years of experience in the title insurance industry; experience in default services a plus.Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and objectives.Strong understanding of title insurance regulations, guidelines, and industry standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in reviewing and analyzing title documents and closing paperwork.
