As a Business Analysis Associate II at JPMorganChase within the Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Complaints Data Products and Solutions team, you will play a key role in supporting executive, regulatory, and insights reporting. You will translate complex data into actionable insights that directly influence strategic decision making across the business. CCB Regulatory Operations Complaints Management is a centralized group providing program-level governance, oversight, reporting, and analytics in support of executive, business, and functional teams. A primary objective of the group is to provide insights that can help to simplify and strengthen customer experiences, build customer trust, and reduce risk by understanding reasons for dissatisfaction and identifying opportunities to improve.
