Accelerated Solutions – Finance Function Strategy – Growth Markets Senior Manager

Join PwC as a Finance Function Strategy Senior Manager focusing on optimizing the finance function and organisational structure to improve financial performance, decision‐making, and strategic alignment. You will analyse current finance operating models, identify gaps, design and implement solutions to enhance finance processes, roles, responsibilities, and deliver guidance on finance transformation, change management, and talent development.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed analysis of clients' KPIs, business processes, and systems to identify improvement areas across treasury, financial reporting, accounting, financial planning and budgeting, capital management, risk and controls.
  • Assist companies in achieving strategic goals and addressing multi‑layered challenges through finance strategy and operations.
  • Support business development activities, including proposal development and client presentations to promote PwC's Finance Function Strategy services and expand the client base.

    • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 7 years of experience in finance consulting or a related field

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Finance & Technology, Information Technology, Data Processing / Analytics / Science.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CTP, or CFA.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the end‑to‑end finance value chain and finance technology.
  • Experience developing and reviewing financial models, business cases, and benchmarking analyses.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity, deliver top‑level results, and analyze complex data using large data sets.
  • Demonstrated communication skills and capacity to present cogently.
  • Proficiency with digital finance tools (e.g., OneSource, Anaplan, Workiva, PowerBI, Tableau, RPA, machine learning).
