Bid Manager (Miami)

A leading international general contractor is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to support preconstruction efforts on large, complex building projects. The role is responsible for managing the full bid process from pursuit through contract award, ensuring accurate budgets, coordinated design development, and competitive subcontractor pricing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full bid cycle : RFP analysis, scoping, scheduling, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with estimating, scheduling, operations, and design teams throughout preconstruction.
• Review drawings, specifications, and design progress for accuracy, constructability, and risk.
• Manage subcontractor outreach, bid leveling, buyout strategy, and scope alignment.
• Support value engineering, logistics planning, and development of project budgets / GMPs.
• Prepare bid proposals, presentations, and documentation for senior leadership and owners.
