Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Health Aide located in Newtown, PA. The Home Health Aide will assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal care and patient care tasks. Responsibilities also include providing companionship, ensuring effective communication, and supporting the overall well-being of clients. The aide will help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients.

Qualifications

• Home Care and Patient Care skills
• Personal Care and Activities of Daily Living skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Compassionate, trustworthy, and skilled in caregiving
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is beneficial
