  • Schedule : 24-hour beeper call from 7am-7am
  • Specific Dates : 11 / 14 7am - 11 / 17 7am

  • Practice Setting : OB / GYN Clinic and Acute Care Hospital
  • Trauma Level : Adult IV
  • Hospital Bed Size : 99 Beds
  • Average Number of Callbacks per Shift : 0-2
  • Number of Deliveries per Shift : 0-1
  • EMR : Cerner
  • Cover for Nurse Mid-Wife if needed

    • Requirements

  • Board Certification : Must be BC or BE in OB / GYN
  • Arizona license or IMLC
  • DEA
  • Minimum Experience Required : 1 year
  • Charting Experience : Cerner
  • COVID-19 & Flu Vaccines : Required, with Medical / Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed
