Duties & Responsibilities

• Development & Outreach : Develop a consistent outreach schedule and materials to maintain ongoing engagement with partners and the community.
• Design and distribute a weekly newsletter for stakeholders and the public promoting open opportunities.
• Create a plan to expand ACE's visibility within the workforce sector.
• Write a data-driven report summarizing the most effective outreach and recruitment approaches.
• Recruitment : Design outreach strategies to recruit volunteers, interns, and program candidates.
• Strengthen existing partnerships while initiating new collaborations by engaging the appropriate staff and faculty.
• Deliver recruitment materials to local businesses and community partners across the West San Fernando Valley.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all partnerships and services in an easily accessible format.
• Evaluate social media and print campaigns, measuring reach, engagement, and applications generated.
• Communications : Create both digital and print materials for communication and collaborative purposes.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of communication materials, producing reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Research and compile resources to support effective communication and collaboration within ACE.
• Recognition & Engagement : Develop and distribute surveys to assess staff satisfaction, engagement, and morale.
• Design recognition programs and morale-boosting initiatives.
• Research best practices for equitable recruitment and retention.
• Create an annual employee engagement calendar with year-round activities.
