$200,000.00 / yr - $350,000.00 / yr

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models and data pipelines to tackle complex product and business challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, data) to define ML strategy, prioritize initiatives, and translate research into production-ready systems.
• Continuously improve model performance : monitor for bias, accuracy, efficiency, and cost, and iterate on solutions.
• Mentor others in the team, conduct code and design reviews, stay on top of industry advances and integrate new techniques where useful.

Required Tech / Skills

Python, strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch), working with large datasets, experimentation, version control, and reproducible ML workflows.
