Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Processor to manage loan processing tasks remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Process various loan programs including FHA, VA, and Conventional loans
Request, review, and verify loan documents to ensure accuracy before underwriting
Maintain communication with customers and loan agents regarding loan status and updates
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in processing mortgage loans
Current experience with purchase loans
Advanced knowledge of FHA, VA, and Conventional loan programs
Proficient with Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination systems
Understanding of compliance regulations and investor guidelines
