Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operation of the classroom; this includes, but is not limited to :
- Implement curriculum
- Mentor assistant teachers
- Develop parental rapport
- Ensure safety and health of children and provide a consistent, positive, caring environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
Qualifications
Must meet state education criteriaCPR and First Aid Certified, or be willing to obtain3+ years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred)Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, including 18 semester hours of coursework related to young children birth to age 8Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development or a related fieldAssociate degree or higher in a related field, including 18 semester hours of coursework related to young children birth to age 8CDA or Early Childhood Teaching CredentialCompensation & Benefits
