Compass Support Advisor
The Compass Support Advisor plays a key role in the day-to-day operations and strategic growth of the Compass Data Program. This role helps keep things running smoothly, from managing contracts and maintaining internal reports to responding to participant questions and coordinating webinars. At the same time, you will help expand the program by supporting outreach efforts, developing marketing materials, and contributing to growth strategy and sales conversations. This position is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and eager to work on both relationship-building and behind-the-scenes coordination. Responsibilities include :
- Respond to participant inquiries and track engagement to ensure a high level of service
- Maintain internal tools, such as reports, spreadsheets, and marketing documents
- Organize quarterly webinars and help prepare related materials
- Keep contract, billing, and invoice records accurate and up to date
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of hospitals, ensuring internal records and tools reflect changes
- Monitor support requests and help triage or resolve issues as needed
- Support the creation and maintenance of marketing and sales materials
- Contribute to outreach efforts, assist in developing proposals and pitch decks for prospective hospitals
- Participate in meetings with members, vendors, and internal teams to support program growth and visibility
