Job Title : Lead Toddler Teacher (Full-Time)

Duties :

• Deliver high-quality care and early education aligned with the YMCA's values : honesty, respect, responsibility and caring
• Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate activities-arts & crafts, music, storytelling, outdoor play, and more
• Support positive behavior and foster social-emotional growth
• Supervise daily routines like meals, free play, and playground time
• Build strong, positive relationships with families and conduct regular parent-teacher conferences
• Maintain accurate classroom and program records
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and family engagement events

Requirements :

Perks & Pay : Full-time, $16.00-$21.00 / hour, based on experience. Health insurance & paid time off, 75% discount on preschool tuition, free before / after school care for school-age kids, household access to YMCA wellness centers, employer-paid retirement fund.
