Due Diligence Conditions Specialist

A company is looking for a Conditions Specialist responsible for reviewing and validating loan documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Review mortgage loan files for accuracy and required documents

Identify outstanding stipulations and validate submitted documents

Ensure compliance with seller or investor guidelines and update due diligence systems

Required Qualifications

5+ years of current Due Diligence experience

5+ years of experience in underwriting, preferably with Quality Control and Non-QM loans

Experience with LauraMac is required

Strong knowledge of Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac guidelines and Non-QM loan processes

Ability to analyze complex transactions and work independently or in a team environment
