A leading global manufacturer of tabletop, is seeking a Vice President of Sourcing to join their team. This role will lead and scale operational excellence across global sourcing functions. They will ensure alignment between product development, supplier capabilities, and business objectives while driving cost efficiency, quality and speed to market. This role plays a pivotal part of leadership across the organization, working cross functionally with multiple teams to lead the department.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the sourcing team in vendor evaluation, supplier negotiations, and strategic sourcing initiatives. Provide oversight and guidance to the China-based sourcing managers, ensuring strong supplier relationships, factory audits, and cost control.

Develop a global sourcing strategy that balances cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and supply chain resiliencе.

Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure sourcing decisions aligned with product requirements and timelines.

Establish KPIs to measure performance, project timelines, and quality standards.

Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration with product, forecasting, quality, and compliance

Partner with executive leadership to align operational goals with overall business strategy.

Maintain factory information in Microsoft D365 system.

Qualifications :

12+ years of progressive sourcing leadership experience, with at least 5+ years in an executive role.

Proven track record of managing cross-border teams, including Asia-based sourcing or supply chain.

Demonstrated success in vendor negotiations, supplier development, and cost management.

Advanced Excel skills Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with complex global supply chains.

Bachelor's degree
