RN Clinic Supervisor

Overview

As an RN Clinic Supervisor, you will lead the daily operations of our on-site clinic, ensuring that participants receive high-quality care. This role involves coaching and mentoring a dynamic team while collaborating with other leaders to enhance workflows and participant experiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all clinic operations to ensure high standards in care delivery.
• Hire, coach, and develop clinic staff including RNs, LVNs, Medical Assistants, and Schedulers.
• Partner with the Center Manager and Medical Director to improve clinical workflows.
• Act as a liaison between clinical staff and other departments.
• Serve as the point of contact for CMS auditors and support quality audits.
• Monitor key metrics and lead improvement initiatives.
• Manage clinic inventory and equipment.
• Develop and refine scheduling, training, and inventory processes.
• Provide clinical support as needed, including triage and assessments.
• Deliver ongoing training for staff and foster a learning culture.

Schedule and Shift Details
• M-F, 100% on-site
