AI Compliance Specialist

Americor is seeking an AI Compliance Specialist to join our team. The AI Compliance Specialist will be responsible for the quality assurance of AI-generated call transcripts, insights, and scorecards. This includes analyzing call data and verifying the accuracy of AI predictions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in communication compliance and customer interactions within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate AI-generated call transcripts, insights, and scorecards to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
• Analyze customer calls to verify the precision of AI-generated predictions and identify potential improvements.
• Assist in creating and curating datasets to improve the AI model's accuracy and relevance, focusing on communication patterns and compliance.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the AI system's compliance capabilities based on call analysis and industry best practices.
• Work closely with AI developers, data analysts, and compliance officers to ensure alignment between AI outputs and compliance requirements.
• Identify trends and patterns in call analysis to support ongoing improvement of AI models and processes.
• Common sense analysis of AI prompts and context to help the tech team improve AI quality.
• Engage in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams focused on leveraging AI to enhance our customer service and compliance efforts.

Work Location : This position is open to remote or hybrid (2-3 days per week in our Irvine, CA office)
