We’re seeking a Senior BI Analyst / Tableau Developer who brings deep technical expertise, a passion for storytelling through data, and a collaborative mindset. This is a unique opportunity to influence the reporting and analytics landscape at Westgate, elevate our Tableau ecosystem, and partner with business leaders to drive smarter financial strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and enhance a large suite of Tableau dashboards used across the organization
- Design, develop, and maintain new Tableau visualizations and portfolio dashboards with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience (UX)
- Serve as a subject matter expert on existing datasets, data infrastructure, and reporting tools
- Write and optimize complex, multi-layered SQL queries to support data modeling and reporting needs
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects in collaboration with FP&A and business stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and clearly communicate insights to non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications
Must live within a commutable distance to the Orlando / Ocoee, FL area5+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field3+ years of experience working in a data warehouse environmentAdvanced proficiency in T-SQL (Microsoft SQL Server / Azure SQL) for data development and transformationStrong understanding of data warehouse concepts, including normalized vs. denormalized structures, indexing, and stored proceduresProven ability to take data projects from concept to delivery — including data exploration, modeling, visualization, and stakeholder communicationExcellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way to senior leaders and cross-functional teamsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related fieldPreferred Qualifications
Experience in the travel, hospitality, or mortgage lending industryStrong financial modeling and analysis skills, particularly within a data analytics or FP&A environmentExperience working in a large public or private companyAdditional Information
