Protouch Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Pediatrics for a travel nursing job in Peoria, Illinois.

Travel RN – Pediatric Acute Care (Night Shift)

Location : Peoria, IL

Assignment Type : Travel Contract | 13 Weeks

Shift : Nights | 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM | Every Other Weekend

Pay Package (36 hrs / week)

Taxable Pay : $1,152 / week

Non-Taxable Stipends : $1,246 / week

Total Gross Weekly Pay : $2,398 / week

About the Unit – Pediatric Acute

Unit : Pediatric Acute (shared with Pediatric Hematology / Oncology)

Beds : 22

Ratio : 1 : 4

Charting : EPIC

Medical / surgical pediatric patients including :

Hyperbilirubinemia

Neuro & diabetes cases

Failure to thrive

Cystic fibrosis

COVID & orthopedic conditions

Required Skills & Certifications

2+ Years of Pediatric Acute Experience

BLS (AHA) & PALS (AHA) – Required

Familiarity with Heated High Flow & BiPAP (per set parameters)

Ability to read basic cardiac monitors (monitor tech support available)

Contract Overview

Duration : 13 Weeks (Extension Possible)

Hours per Week : 36 Guaranteed

Shift : 12-Hour Nights

Weekend : Every Other Weekend (Fri / Sat for nights)
