What You'll Do :
As a key member of our Estate Planning and Administration team, you'll :
Guide families through life's most important decisions , crafting sophisticated estate plans including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and tax-efficient strategiesRepresent clients in probate proceedings , from straightforward administrations to complex contested mattersCollaborate with a network of professionals —financial advisors, CPAs, and fellow attorneys—to deliver comprehensive, holistic solutionsDevelop innovative succession planning strategies for businesses and charitable giving initiativesBuild lasting client relationships and contribute to the firm's growth through networking and business developmentRequired Qualifications :
J.D. from an accredited law schoolActive Tennessee bar membership (or eligibility and commitment to obtain upon hire)3+ years of estate planning / administration experienceUnderstanding of probate procedures and estate tax lawExceptional research, writing, and analytical abilitiesOutstanding communication skills to connect with diverse clients and advocate effectivelyYou'll Thrive Here If You :
