Key Responsibilities

Provides preventive and primary health services in a Family Practice Community Health Clinic setting

Acts as an advocate for clients and collaborates with health team members

Maintains client records and performs patient examinations, assessments, and follow-up care

Qualifications

Current California Nurse Practitioner certification

Experience in the delivery of health care in a Family Practice setting

Community health clinic background preferred

EMR Epic experience

DEA and CAQH PAVE / ORP credentials
