Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications :

Active New York RN license in good standing

Current CPR and First Aid certification

Experience in pediatric, school-based, or community health nursing preferred

Ability to respond effectively in urgent medical situations

Responsibilities :

Administer medications and manage treatment plans as prescribed

Provide first aid and emergency care for acute illness or injury

Conduct routine health screenings and maintain accurate student health records

Communicate with families, staff, and healthcare providers regarding student health needs

Promote wellness and preventative health initiatives within the school

Ensure compliance with state and district health policies
