Comprised of several primary care office locations across the Rio Grande Valley, Kaizen Clinical Partners provide a strong culture of value-based care to their patients and families.

Job Details :

• Edinburg / Elsa areas
• Office based, no hospital rounding
• Monday Friday; 8 am 5 pm
• Physicians 2 Medical Assistant s per provider
• Supervisory APP s
• Daily patient encounter average 18-20 patients
• In house x ray imaging (site specific)
• Call rotation 1 : 7
• No procedures
• Excellent compensation with incentives, bonuses and partnership track availability
• Spanish speaking preferred
