Account Executive – Home Health Services
Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Account Executive to lead growth efforts for a home health services provider based in Chattanooga. The ideal candidate will have strong referral development experience and existing relationships within the neurology or GI provider space. This is a strategic sales role focused on building partnerships with specialty clinics and driving patient referrals for home-based care.
Salary
Base : $105K–$150K (flexible based on experience).
On-target earnings : $200K+ with uncapped commissions.
Job Responsibilities
Identify and build relationships with neurologists, gastroenterologists, and other specialty providers to generate referrals for home health services.
Serve as the liaison between referring clinics and the clinical team to ensure seamless patient transitions.
Educate providers on home-based care options and coordinate ongoing outreach and follow-up.
Develop territory plans, track pipeline activity, and report on growth metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to align services with evolving patient and provider needs.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in healthcare sales, ideally in home health, infusion, or specialty services.
Proven success in referral-based or relationship-first sales models.
Established provider network in the neurology and / or GI space, preferably in the Chattanooga region.
Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
Preferred Attributes
Clinical background (RN, DPT, or similar).
Experience selling into chronic care settings.
Ability to self-manage and work autonomously in the field.
