Conduct individual, group, couples, and family therapy.

Provide behavioral health consultation services to Primary Care Teams.

Perform initial mental health evaluations that result in realistic treatment plans.

Assess clients using standardized assessment and screening tools.

Provide brief, solution-focused therapy.

Facilitate group psychoeducation and treatment related to chronic medical conditions.

Offer information and referral services.

Conduct crisis assessments and provide appropriate interventions.

Document services provided in accordance with requirements.

Engage in activities designed to provide integrated health care services.

Provide individual psychotherapy to children, adults, and families.

Ensure documentation and scheduling are completed in the electronic health record.
