Job description

HR LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT PRINCIPAL Contract 40 hours weekly M-F Hybrid>

3 days per week onsite 2 Days WFH The Learning & Development Principal will design, implement and evaluate enterprise-wide Learning and Development strategies. Work with all levels of the organization to ensure best practices and continuous improvement of current learning & development practices / processes. Align and collaborate with HR colleagues and Client Leadership. Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Oversee the design and creation of company-wide learning and development content. ¿ Ensure that courses conform to best practices in instructional design, are consistent with Client’s brand and messaging, and provide value to the business. ¿ Develop measurement and reporting strategies aligned to talent development programs that effectively measure impact. ¿ Direct and facilitate the creation and development of all training materials including training video or audio, participant materials and evaluation systems. ¿ Facilitate the planning and delivery of programs and strategies. ¿ Interface with key Stakeholders to ensure consistent approach in developing / delivering training solutions. ¿ Evaluate effectiveness of the program through defined success metrics and stakeholder feedback Skills / Abilities ¿ Strong knowledge of Workday Learning Management System ¿ Strong knowledge and experience using Articulate Rise 360 ¿ Proficient with MS office applications; Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint ¿ Strong communication skills, business writing and active listening skills ¿ Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking ¿ Strong presentation skills to deliver presentations to various audiences ¿ Ability to develop collaborative relationships with executives and project teams ¿ Proven success in the design, delivery and management of projects and programs from inception through completion Education : Bachelors degree, Business Management, Human Resources, or other related area. Master's degree preferred. Experience : ¿ 7-10 years¿ experience designing and implementing adult learning and employee development programs
