Shift : Monday – Friday, core hours vary between 8 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm, and 1 rotating Saturday per month, with 1 weekday off during the week, T,W,Th.

The Technical Product Specialist (TPS) is a customer-focused role that blends technical expertise with needs-based sales. TPS team members engage with customers primarily over the phone, but also in person when needed, to guide product decisions, answer technical and product support inquiries, and recommend suppressors, accessories, and services that best fit their needs. This role emphasizes consultative selling—helping customers make confident purchase decisions while building trust through knowledge, clear communication, and outstanding service.

Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions :
Take inbound sales and technical calls, actively listening to understand customer needs.
Provide expert advice on suppressor specifications, compatibility, and performance.
Answer questions related to barrel threading services, including compatibility and technical specifications.
Manage and process warranty claims, ensuring a smooth experience for the customer.
Stay up to date on Silencer Central’s product lineup and industry advancements.
Collaborate with peers to ensure consistent communication and support.
Job Requirements & Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required (technical degree / certification preferred); 2+ years in a sales role, preferably within the firearms industry, with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
Strong knowledge of firearms, suppressors, and accessories required; barrel threading experience a plus. Proficient with ERP / CRM systems and technical and sales support tools.
Consistent attendance, punctuality, and reliability; able to organize prioritize, and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; able to work independently while contributing to team, departmental, and corporate goals.
Strong attention to detail; able to use logic and reasoning to evaluate alternatives, make sound decisions, and identify improvements for self, team, and operations.
Compensation and Benefits :
