IV Nutrition Boynton Beach is searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Front Desk personnel to join our team! In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients have a positive and informative experience at our Boynton Beach location.

About IV Nutrition :

IV Nutrition is a leading provider of intravenous (IV) hydration and vitamin therapy, offering personalized wellness solutions to optimize health and well-being.

About the Role :

Welcome clients and answer questions about our services

Schedule appointments, manage client intake forms, and ensure accurate medical information is collected

Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls

Provide exceptional customer service

Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless client care

Uphold company policies and procedures

Assist in taking payments and checking clients out

Qualifications :

Minimum 1 year customer service experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build rapport and put clients at ease

Strong organizational skills and a detail oriented approach

Proficient in Microsoft and Google Docs

A passion for health and wellness

WEEKEND availability. This is a WEEKEND only position with a possibility to grow
