Senior Analyst, Strategy

As we prepare to launch our commercial robotaxi services, we are seeking talented, mission-driven individuals with a strong history of delivery to join us in fundamentally changing how the world moves.

What you'll be doing :

• Conduct primary and secondary research on market trends and competitive dynamics in the autonomous mobility space to inform Motional's long-term strategy
• Develop and maintain competitor benchmarking materials outlining key movements, commercial and technology strategies, and financial performance to deliver insights to Motional's management team
• Assist in preparing materials for Board of Directors meetings and other official communications with shareholders
• Develop and maintain a dynamic market sizing model to quantify total addressable market (TAM) for Motional's target markets / use cases
• Partner with Finance and Commercialization teams to support ongoing maintenance of Motional's commercial business plan and conduct scenario analysis to pressure test key assumptions
• Support Engineering teams to develop strategic product roadmaps and assess new opportunities to leverage Motional's technology, and prepare materials for executive review
• Conduct secondary research to support various strategy development projects (e.g., transportation landscape across key regions, regulatory analysis, product and competitive analysis, etc...)

$84,000-$109,000 USD
