They are seeking a highly organized

Sales Coordinator

to join their growing team in Howell, Michigan. This role is responsible for supporting the sales team through quoting, order processing, project management, inventory coordination, invoicing, vendor communication, and customer support.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, and have a customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

2+ years of office or administrative experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Valid driver’s license

  • CRM experience (Salesforce / ACT), B2B distribution or sales support, project management / logistics experience
  • Comfortable preparing quotes, handling numbers, and coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously
